Hanford Workers Taken to Kadlec
Six Hanford workers are taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center this morning after some of them came into contact with an unknown liquid while removing a valve.
A Washington River Protection Solutions spokesperson says the workers were removing drained piping when the leftover liquid dropped out. It was not radioactive.
After a couple of workers felt discomfort on their skin, all of the workers who were in the area or who might have come into contact with the liquid were sent to Kadlec.
