Hart murder trial moved to December
The trial of a Pasco man accused of killing his roommate more than a year ago is pushed back more than a month today.
Joseph Hart is charged with second degree murder - he is accused of stabbing 53-year-old Rodger Lincoln to death in March 2012.
Today, a judge agreed to move Hart's trial to December 9th.
Attorneys say they are still going over some medical records.
Hart's attorney says he may ask for a bench trial instead of a jury trial.
Hart's trial was scheduled to begin October 23rd.
