Jacobsen trial moved to January
The second trial of a former nanny accused of being responsible for the death of the one-year-old child she was watching over is pushed back to next year.
Kelli Jacobsen is charged with manslaughter in the June 2011 death of Ryder Morrision.
Her trial was scheduled to start last month, but today, a judge moved the trial to January 13th.
A jury originally heard the case in May, but they could not reach a verdict and the judge declared a mistrial.
Jacobsen will be back in court next month.
