In honor of anti-bullying month, the Hanford High School cheer squad and the Tri-Cities Fever bring an anti-bullying message to students at Tapteal Elementary School in West Richland.
The cheer-squad and the players are speaking with kids in classrooms about encouraging and helping others.
Cheerleaders also led the students through an anti-bullying pledge.
The girls and the players understand that because they are older, they have some influence over the younger kids and they want to put it to good use.
Both encouraged the students to promote a positive school culture to develop better relationships with the people around them.
