Closing Arguments Heard in Young Trial
Closing arguments are heard this morning in the first degree murder trial of John Young, who is accused in the shooting and killing of Joshua Snapp in Richland last July 4th.
In his closing, Benton County prosecutor Andy Miller asked this question--if Young hadn't shown Josh Hunt, who has already been convicted in this case how to use the gun involved, would Joshua Snapp still be alive?
Defense attorney John Crowley stated that there was no premediatated plan to kill Snapp on Young's part, and that Young felt that Josh Hunt's threats towards Snapp were idle talk.
We will keep you updated on continuing information in this case.
