Former Othello Attorney Charged with Possessing Stolen Pickup
A former attorney from Othello is on the wrong side of the law after being arrested New Year's Eve in West Pasco.
During a routine traffic stop Tuesday night, Franklin County Sheriff deputies found that 28-year-old Michael Colley of Othello was driving a pickup while using license plates from a different pickup, which were stolen in Moses Lake, but had not yet been reported.
After further investigation it was determined that the pickup he was driving had also been stolen out of Othello and had not yet been reported.
Colley was arrested and charged with possessing a stolen pickup, driving suspended, unlawful possession of a firearm and identity theft.
A passenger, 38-year-old Adel Estrada of Granger, was also arrested on warrants and related charges.
