Pasco Police Investigate Armed Robbery at Sleep Inn Hotel

Pasco Police are requesting anyone with information in a Saturday night hotel armed robbery to contact them.

The robbery took place at the Sleep Inn Hotel on the 9900 block of Bedford Street around 11:30 p.m.

Two masked men entered the hotel lobby.  One of them displayed a black semi-automatic handgun and demanded an undisclosed amount of cash from the hotel clerks, before fleeing out the front door on foot.

Police K-9 tracks and area searches indicate the two suspects left the area in an awaiting vehicle.

Because of the time of the evening, police believe people in the area may have observed the suspects coming and going from the hotel.
