Bluewood Alpine Race Team 2009 Alpine Extravaganza

Greetings; We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to join us! The Bluewood Alpine Race Team is a 501 (c) (3) non profit organization that pursues the fun of skiing and ski racing. We train at Ski Bluewood and also attend competitions throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our experienced coaching staff has close to 100 years of skiing and ski racing experience and includes two former Elite FIS racers! With this background we can offer the best in all around skiing skills and racing experience. Through support of individuals and businesses, we are able to offer a reasonably priced program without compromising quality. The Bluewood Alpine Race Team is an independent Club and is responsible for paying our coaches, L&I, Employment Security, insurance and everything else pertaining to running a business. Our tuition covers approximately 50% of the funds required for the year. The remaining funds needed for the Program are acquired through fundraising and sponsors of our Club. This year the Bluewood Alpine Race Team is hosting a fundraising event to be held at the Marcus Whitman Hotel & Conference Center, Saturday, November 21, 2009. The special evening will feature hors d’ oeuvres, wine, music, friends as well as both silent and live auctions. Be sure to visit our web site www.skibart.com and see what your valuable donations are supporting. You may even know some kids that would be excited about joining us! It is the support of our community that helps these athletes progress to the next level. Thank you for yours!
