Scope of Practice Encompasses:
- NeuroPsych/Mood Disorders, including:
- Major Depressive Disorder, Dysthymic Disorder, Depressive Disorder NOS, Bipolar Spectrum Disorders, Mood Disorders due to a General Medical Condition, and Mood Disorders NOS.
- Anxiety Disorders, including:
- Panic Attacks, Agoraphobia, Panic Disorder without Agoraphobia, Panic Disorder with Agoraphobia, Agoraphobia without history of Panic Disorder, Specific Phobias, Social Phobia, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Acute Stress Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Anxiety Disorder due to a General Medical Condition, and Anxiety Disorder NOS.

Evaluations and counseling for patients who await organ transplants or other chemical treatments such as Hepatitis C treatment or chemotherapy are available. We will also serve individuals who struggle with grief as well as diagnoses of cancer and other life-altering illnesses.
Presently, our providers care for children starting at age 12. In addition, we provide care for adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population of age 65 and older. We collaborate with both primary care and other health care providers under the same roof. We offer expertise and effective treatment for patients in need of psychiatric medication management. Our therapeutic intervention and treatment plans are tailored to each individual’s unique needs and life circumstances.
During regular, daily, business hours Deborah Dell, ARNP, B.C., FPMH-NP and Kishore Varada, PA-C evaluate and care for our patients. During the evening hours of Monday through Thursday, our consulting psychiatrists, Dr. Farrukh Hashmi, M.D., and Dr. Cheta Nand, M.D., provide evening clinics for medication management.

We are an independent, clinician directed complex of medical clinics with clinicians who have years of expertise in various medical and nursing specialties.
