Rocky Twyman says you can thank God for the recent drop in gasoline prices.
Twyman, who heads what he calls the "Pray at the Pump" movement, says he and his band of prayer warriors has been asking God for lower fuel prices at service stations around the country.
He and his followers held a victory celebration at a Shell station in Washington D.C. Wednesday.
Twyman notes that comedians like Jay Leno have joked that Pray at the Pump is actually George Bush's energy plan, so the movement is now praying that God will help Leno believe.
Twyman says the Bible declares that "the Earth is God's," and that includes gas and oil.
He adds that Saudi Arabia should produce more oil because the Quran says Muslims should help the poor.
