Savory Squash Polenta

1 each Butternut Squash (Peeled, Seeded)
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 cup Corn Meal
3 cups Chicken Stock (Broth)
1 Tbsp. Fresh Sage
1 Tbsp Butter


In Small Sauce Pan Bring Chicken Broth and diced squash to a boil, let simmer until squash is tender. Mash squash and add remaining ingredients. Stir constantly until corn meal has absorbed most of the liquid. (Note: May need to add more chicken stock)
