Caramel Apple Bread Pudding

2 loaves French Bread or Texas Toast (Diced)
1 ½ cups egg yolks
1 ½ cups whole egg
2 qrts. Heavy Cream
3 cups sugar
3-4 Granny Smith Apples (Peeled and Diced)
1 Tbsp. Vanilla


Grease 9x12 Baking Pan. Pre- Heat Oven to 300 degrees. Add diced bread and apples. In large sauce pan heat heavy cream to 170 degrees. In large mixing bowl mix egg and sugar, slowly add heavy cream to dissolve the sugar when all is incorporated add vanilla. Pour mixture over bread and apples and cover with foil bake for about one hour to one hour and a half until cake like consistency.
