Ingredients
2 cups frozen huckleberries ¼ cup granulated sugar-
2 tablespoons cold water mixed with 1 tablespoons thickening starch (corn starch or a clear gel)
Directions
Heat in saucepan and simmer for 2 minutes - cool
* For pie filling………… double amount of starch mix
