Ingredients

1 cup mayo
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1.5 Tbsp fish sauce
1.5 Tbsp Ancho Chili Concentrate
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
Pinch of black pepper

Directions

Blend in Food Processor until smooth.

For the Salad-
1 head of Romaine Hearts – cut in ½
1 cumin dusted crustini
1 oz fresh parmesan cheese
