Green Chili MOJAVE Burger

Ingredients
1.5 - 2 lbs Ground beef
8 oz diced canned Green chilis
2 oz (about 1/3 onion) yellow Onion – small dice
1 tsp fresh minced Garlic
1 Egg
1 tsp each S & P
2 tsp MOJAVE rub
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 ½ tsp cumin
¼ cup bread crumbs
5 onions thinly julienned
Olive oil
Salt
White wine
Directions
Green Chili MOJAVE Burger
Makes 6 patties
Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Portion into 7 oz ea.
Caramelized Onions
Sauté onions in oil w/ salt on medium until translucent and starting to brown. Deglaze pan w/ white wine. Cook until moisture is gone.
Chipotle Aoli
4 Cups Mayo
1 Cup Brown Sugar
¼ Cup Chipotles in sauce
Blend in food processor until smooth
