Summer Berry Dream

2 pints Berries (recipe Follows)
2 cups Graham Cracker Crumble (Recipe Follows)
2 Cups Chantilly Cream (Recipe Follows)


Berry Mix
½ pint Blueberries
½ pint Raspberries
½ pint Strawberries
½ pint Blackberries
½ cup Sugar
Toss in Medium Mixing Bowl, Cool for one hour

Graham Cracker Crumble
2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
½ cup sugar
½ cup Melted Butter
Mix all ingredients and bake on a sheet pan until golden brown. Let cool then crumble

Chantilly Cream
1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
½ cup confectioner sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ lemon zest

Whip all ingredients until peaks form.

In a Large glass start layering with berries, cream, crumble until glass is full and top with crumble
