CHICKEN OR CHEESE JALAPENOS TAMALES

1 CHCKEN BREAST COOKED AND SHREDDED
1 LB SALSA VERDE
1 T CHICKEN BOUILLON
½ CUP WATER

6 JALAPENOS SLICED LONG WAYS
½ LB OAXACA CHEESE

5 LBS FIESTA FOODS PREPARED MASA FOR TAMALES
25 PIECES OF CORN HUSK
25 PIECES OF WAX PAPER

Directions

ON A COOKING PAN PUT THE CHICKEN, ADD THE SALSA, ½ CUP WATER AND CHICKEN BOUILLON, SIMMER TO BOIL. LET THE LIQUID EVAPORATE UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS NOT TOO JUICY.
SOAK IN WARM WATER CORN HUSK FOR ABOUT 5 MIN. DRAIN THE WATER GET A BALL OF MASA ABOUT THE SIZE OF YOUR PALM AND SPREAD IT OVER EACH CORN HUSK, ADD A TABLESPOON OF CHICKEN, OR A PIECE OF CHEESE AND 2 SLICES OF JALAPENOS. WRAP ONE SIDE, THEN THE OTHER ONE, AND FOLD THE BOTTOM AND WRAP IT ON WAX PAPER. DO THE SAME PROSESS WITH THE REST OF THE MASA, STEAMED WITH THE TAMALES, WITH ENOUGH WATER FOR ABOUT 120 MINUTES ON MEDIUM HIGH.
