2 BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST
1 CUP REGULAR FLOUR
1 T. CHICKEN BOULLION
BLACK PEPPER
OLIVE OIL
LETTUCE
SLICED TOMATOES
SLICED ONION
LIMES
Directions
PREHEAT THE OIL AT MEDIUM HIGH
MIX THE CUP OF FLOUR, CHICKEN BOULLION AND THE PEPPER VERY WELL ON A PLASTIC BAG OR A LARGE BOWL, SLICE THE CHICKEN BREAST AND LIGHTLY BREAD IT WITH THE FLOUR. FRY EACH SIDE FOR A COUPLE MINUTES OR UNTIL ITS GOLDEN BROWN EACH SIDE.
MAKE A SALAD WITH THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS FOR A SIDE DISH
