1 LB CHUCK ROLL THIN SLICED STIR FRY
PINCH OF SALT
½ ONION SLICED
3 SLICED ROMA TOMATOES
1 OR TWO SLICED JALAPENOS
½ T KNORR SUIZA CHICKEN BOUILLON
1 CAN EL PATO SAUCE
2 T OLIVE OIL
Directions
PREHEAT THE OLIVE OIL , COOK THE MEAT WITH A PINCH OF SALT FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES UNTIL IS ALL BROWN, ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND SIMMER TO BOIL FOR ANOTHER 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
PERFECT SIDE DISH: RICE, BEANS AND TORTILLAS… MMMM!
