4 LARGE RUSSET POTATOES COOKED AND PEELED
4 OR 6 JALAPENOS DICED
2 LARGE TUNA CANS
2 CUPS MAYONNAISE
2 T BLACK OLIVES
4 BOILED SLICED EGGS
1 LARGE AVOCADO SLICED
Directions
MASH THE POTATOES WITH A PINCH OF SALT. ON THE SIDE, MIX A CUP OF MAYO, DICED JALAPENOS AND THE TUNA. IN A LARGE BOWL MAKE A LAYER OF MASHED POTATOES, THEN A LAYER OF MIXED TUNA, AND A LAYER OF POTATOES. SPREAD THE MAYO ON TOP, THEN THE SLICED EGGS, OLIVES AND AVOCADO. COOL IT DOWN AND ENJOY !!!
