1 LB PORK RIBS CUT IN SMALL PIECES
1 CAN TOMATILLOS
4 BOILED JALAPENOS
1 BUNCH CILANTRO
1 GARLIC CLOVE
¼ OF A ONION
1 CUP WATER
2 TBSP CHICKEN BOUILLON
¼ TSP GROUND CUMIN


Directions

PRE HEAT A PAN AND COOK THE RIBS FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES.
IN THE MEAN TIME, BLEND THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTES VERY WELL EXCEPT FOR THE BOUILLON AND POUR IT IN TO THE RIBS. LET IT COOK FOR 30 MINUTES, ADD THE CHICKEN BOUILLON AT THE END SO YOU CAN MEASURE HOW SALTY YOU WANT IT. COVER AND LET IT COOK FOR 5 MORE MINS.
TORTILLAS RICE AND BEANS GO PERFECT WITH THIS DISH.
