White Rice and Vegetables

Ingredients

2 CUPS REGULAR RICE
½ BUTTER STICK
1/2 TSP GARLIC POWER
½ ONION SLICED
1 TBSP CHICKEN BOUILLON
1 CUP FROZEN OR FRESH MIXED VEGETABLES

Directions

POUR THE WATER IN A POT WITH THE BUTTER, ONIONS, GARLIC POWER AND CHICKEN BOUILLON AND BRING IT UP TO BOIL.  ADD THE RICE AND THE VEGETABLES, STIR VERY WELL AND COVER UNTIL THE WATER EVAPORATES AND THE VEGETABLES AND RICE ARE SOFT.
IF THE WATER IS GONE AND THE RICE STILL HARD ADD ½ CUP OF HOT WATER AND COVER AGAIN.
