Ground Beef Enchilada Burrito

1.5 lb extra lean ground beef
12 oz shredded cheese
3 jumbo flour tortillas
18 oz can enchilada sauce
3 tbsp sour cream
1/2 cup scallions

Season the ground beef with garlic power, salt and pepper.  Cook in a fry pan for about 20 min med high.

Mix the enchilada sauce and the sour cream and bring it to boil.

Reheat each tortilla.  Put a third part of meat on each tortilla, and put third of the cheese and roll it together.  Place it on plate and pour enchilada sauce over the burrito with enough sauce to cover it up and garnish with scallions.
