Smoked Pork Chops
4 smoked fiesta foods pork chops
2 jalapeños sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
As a side dish:
1 lb. cooked pinto beans
1/2 cup diced onion
Preheat Olive oil on a fry pan
Just fry the pork chops with the jalapeños until their golden brown from each side
In another pan, fry the onion, add the beans and smashed them together. Bring it to boil.
Serve one of the pork chops with a side of refried beans and a green salad. Delicious!
