2 LB BAG COOKED SHRIMP

4 ROMA TOMATOES CHOPPED

1 MED WHITE ONION CHOPPED

4 CHOPPED JALAPENOS

2 CUPS CHOPPED CILANTRO

2 LARGE AVOCADOS CHOPPED 

2 CUPS TOMATOE KETCHUP

1 CUP FRESH LIME JUICE

1Tsp OREGANO

SALT & TAPATIO SAUCE

 

 

Directions

IN A LARGE BOWL MIX THE SHRIMP, LIME JUICE, SALT AND OREGANO TO GET THE LIME FLAVOR INTO THE SHRIMP FIRST FOR ABOUT FIVE MINUTES, MIX VERY WELL THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS, PERFECT FOR A CAMPING DAY.
